Ribeira das Tainhas

Ribeira das Tainhas is a small town with a beach just west of Vila Franca do Campo. There is a small picnic area above the beach that offers a good view of the beach, ocean and nearby banana farm.

There are a lot of stairs to get to this beach. Going down isn't too bad, getting back up could be a challenge for some people.
